How long does it take for delivery?
I strive to deliver each project within 7 days, most of the time it's sooner. However, turnaround usually depends on the complexity of the project and the volume of content captured. In all cases, though, I will communicate clearly with my clients to manage expectations.
Do you offer both photo and video?
Yes, I specialize in both photography and videography. Whether you need stunning images or engaging videos, I have the expertise to capture your vision in either medium as well as custom packages to fit both services in one appointment.
Do you travel for cleints?
Absolutely. I am always down to travel for projects. I am equipped to accommodate different locations and provide a seamless experience.
What is your cancellation policy?
I have a cancellation policy in place to protect both parties. If you need to cancel a scheduled shoot, please notify me as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances and timing of the cancellation, there may be a cancellation fee. The specifics of the policy will be outlined in the contract.
Do you provide raw/unedited files?
Generally, I do not provide raw or unedited files. As part of my professional service, I carefully select and edit the best images/videos to ensure the highest quality and consistency. This editing process is an integral part of my artistic vision and style, however, I always deliver more images than necessary so you have many to choose from.
Do I own the images/videos?
By default, I retain the copyright to the images/videos I capture, as it allows me to showcase my work and maintain creative control. However, I am happy to discuss licensing options or negotiate usage rights specific to your needs, including exclusive or limited usage rights.
Can I make requests for a shoot?
Absolutely! Your satisfaction is important to me, and I encourage clients to share any ideas, preferences, and specific shots they would like me to capture. We can discuss your vision before the shoot, and I will do my best to incorporate your requests while bringing my expertise to the table.
